1. Deliver an exceptional client experience by welcoming, listening to, and assisting clients, showcasing extensive knowledge of Alexander McQueen products and heritage.
2. Engage clients with insights on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury goods.

7. Comply with company procedures on visual merchandising, operations, stock management, cash handling, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.

2. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
4. Strong team-player mentality.

2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
3. In-depth luxury product knowledge and interest in fashion trends and the luxury market.
4. Physical ability to remain mobile for extended periods.

Previous experience in fashion retail or a customer service-related field is required.
