- Deliver an exceptional client experience by welcoming, listening to, and assisting clients, showcasing extensive knowledge of Alexander McQueen products and heritage.
- Engage clients with insights on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Promote open communication and collaboration with team members, fostering a positive work environment in alignment with the House Code of Behaviours.
- Maintain a learning mindset by actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
- Ensure shopfloor standards and product levels are maintained according to House policies, utilizing provided training resources.
- Adhere to company grooming standards in line with Alexander McQueen's policies.
- Comply with company procedures on visual merchandising, operations, stock management, cash handling, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Demonstrated ability to embody Alexander McQueen Behaviours.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Strong team-player mentality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth luxury product knowledge and interest in fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Physical ability to remain mobile for extended periods.
Previous experience in fashion retail or a customer service-related field is required.
