- Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports with key merchandising KPIs.
- Conduct ad-hoc reports and analyses to optimize sales and stock levels, aiming to achieve seasonal sell-through targets.
- Manage inventory by monitoring replenishment, requesting stocks, and executing transfers and consolidations between stores to maximize sales opportunities.
- Support buying preparation by providing in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis on products and assisting with the buy review summary.
- Coordinate with HQ and local supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and season launch execution.
- Execute price adjustments and markdown/return operations.
- Collaborate closely with Retail Operations, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising to support retail opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor research, including pricing and trend analysis.
- Participate in store visits to gain insights into the field, customer profiles, and competitors.
- Support the development of product training materials.
- 1-3 years of experience in the luxury or fashion industry.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
