Alexander McQueen Reception and Facilities Assistant

- Manage front of house and reception duties, serving as the first point of contact for all visitors and handling incoming calls.
- Coordinate the booking of meeting rooms and arrange local courier and taxi services for employees.
- Ensure the reception and office spaces are impeccably maintained, reflecting the McQueen brand image.
- Assist the Head of Operations and Facilities with administrative tasks.
- Conduct daily checks of kitchens to ensure they are well-stocked and coordinate weekly deliveries of catering supplies.
- Perform office health and safety checks during daily walkthroughs.
- Address general facilities issues and requests, escalating to the Facilities Coordinator as necessary.
- Assist with new employee desk setups and create building passes for new joiners.
- Place orders and raise purchase orders for ad hoc facilities requests.
- Maintain photocopiers and stationary supplies, ensuring they are fully stocked.
- Coordinate recycling and waste collections.
- Support photoshoots and model fitting setups at the London office.
- Set up catering for in-house meetings and shoots.
- Assist with office moves and ad hoc clear-outs.
- Act as a first aider and fire warden alongside the facilities team.
- Previous experience in reception or facilities roles, particularly in an office environment with over 100 staff, preferably within the creative industry.

- Excellent telephone and email communication skills.

- Good IT knowledge with experience in providing first-line support.
- First aid and fire warden training is advantageous.
A minimum of experience working in a reception or facilities role within a large office setting, ideally in the creative sector.
