Alexander McQueen Operations Associate

- Manage the flow of merchandise in and out of the stock room to support sales and minimize losses through efficient inventory control.
- Maintain an organized and highly functional back-of-house environment for team accessibility and efficiency.
- Assist in preparing and executing annual physical inventories and conducting weekly audits of unreceived cartons.
- Support the store in achieving overall sales targets and facilitate visual merchandise floor moves as required.
- Oversee Omnichannel functions, including Order-in-Store, Ship-from-Store, Pickup-in-Store, and Reserve-in-Store, focusing on Omni-specific KPIs.
- Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and notify management of potential adjustments to ensure proper stock balances.
- Manage store-to-store transfers and communicate transfer/tracking information as needed.
- Assist with the AfterSales program, including reviewing open tickets and managing damaged goods between repair centers.
- Ensure all Client Owned Goods (COGs) are maintained in accordance with company policy.
- Communicate with the team on key out-of-stock and low-stock levels and receipt of shipments.
- Provide sales and floor support as needed by the business.
- 1+ years experience in a similar role, preferably within apparel, footwear, or jewelry.
- Demonstrated ability to embody Alexander McQueen's key behaviors of empowerment, teamwork, respect, and kindness.
- Effective communication skills within the store team, network, with vendors/third parties, and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, particularly Excel.
- Comfortable with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices.
- Ability to prioritize and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to be mobile and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift packages up to 35 lbs regularly.
1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the apparel, footwear, or jewelry sectors.
