- Support the development of collection briefs and manage samples in collaboration with Product Development to ensure accuracy in line sheets.
- Monitor the progress of collection assortments against initial briefs for Women's Ready-to-Wear and Soft Accessories.
- Gather and consolidate feedback on collections, actively contributing to the definition of future collection briefs.
- Ensure collections align with brand identity, market trends, and client expectations.
- Conduct competitor and market benchmarking to identify emerging trends and support pricing strategies.
- Deliver actionable insights to guide assortment and product strategy decisions.
- Analyze best and worst sellers to optimize future buys and product development.
- Build sell-in reports and tools to support selling and buying campaigns.
- Contribute to post-buy and post-sell debrief analyses by liaising with Retail and Wholesale teams to gather feedback.
- Support the creation of merchandising decks and training materials for retail teams ahead of collection launches.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, Production, Retail, and E-commerce teams to support product launches and seasonal strategies.
- Ensure accuracy and alignment of product information across systems, presentations, and communications.
- Assist in the preparation of product presentations and provide accurate product information to the Showroom team.
- Build merchandising strategies in support of Senior Merchandising.
- Support Senior Merchandiser with collection editing and sample management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in merchandising, planning, buying, or a similar function within fashion retail.
- Demonstrated ability to embody McQueen's key behaviours of empowerment, teamwork, respect, and kindness.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; familiarity with merchandising tools or reporting systems is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Clear communication skills, collaborative nature, and eagerness to learn from senior stakeholders.
- Passion for luxury fashion and a deep curiosity about Women's Ready-to-Wear and Soft Accessories trends.
Previous experience in merchandising, planning, buying, or a similar function within fashion retail is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
