1. Lead employee relations matters in France, including disciplinary actions, investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
2. Ensure compliance with French labor law, company policy, and ethical standards in all associate relations activities.
3. Conduct and document thorough internal investigations into associate complaints, regulatory issues, or alleged misconduct.
4. Maintain accurate and defensible case files; identify systemic issues and recommend preventive measures or policy enhancements.
5. Provide guidance to managers and HR on employee relations issues.
6. Prepare and update mandatory social documents and tools (DUERP, BDESE, etc.).
7. Manage all aspects of works council (CSE) engagement and relationships.
8. Prepare, review, and deliver documentation for statutory consultations and information processes.
9. Coordinate and attend CSE meetings; partner with business and HR to prepare materials, presentations, and responses.
10. Ensure compliance with applicable deadlines, consultation sequences, and works council obligations under French labor law.
11. Advise business leaders and HR on employee and labor relations strategies that balance compliance with operational objectives.
12. Interpret and apply French labor law, EU employment directives, and local regulations to company policies, practices, and HR programs.
13. Support organizational changes where necessary.
14. Monitor labor law developments and case law trends; update policies, practices, and training to maintain compliance.
15. Partner with Kering payroll team to ensure timely payment of teams.
16. Collaborate with business leaders across McQueen France.
17. Provide regular updates to the business on progress.
18. Participate in global and regional projects to enhance people practices and compliance standards.

1. Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations (4+ years).
2. Expertise in French labor law and experience in leading Works Council (CSE) meetings and negotiations with unions.

2. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in high-stakes contexts.
4. Diplomacy and pragmatism in managing labor relations.
5. Comfortable operating in rapid change, maintaining alignment with company values and policies.
6. Fluency in French and English.

4+ years of experience in Employee Relations or as an HR Business Partner, with a focus on French labor law and Works Council management.
