- Report to the Brand Image & Digital Communications Director.
- Oversee digital and social media communications for the brand.
- Lead and coordinate digital strategies, campaigns, and content to drive demand, growth, and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Brand Image & Digital Communications team to ensure campaign and project alignment in digital and social spaces.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team, including the Global Digital & Social Media Specialist and Social Media Executive.
- Oversee the management and strategic development of global and local social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Weibo, WeChat, Red, Kakao, and Line.
- Coordinate the social media calendar, defining copywriting, hashtags, and tone of voice.
- Develop and execute a social-first content strategy.
- Manage reporting for social media channels, assessing progress and proposing strategic improvements.
- Propose and manage new platform launches and structural management.
- Oversee content briefs for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with Creative and Production teams.
- Act as a key contact for regional teams and agencies, ensuring effective localized plans and global coordination.
- Collaborate with the Ecommerce & CRM team to align digital product pushes with commercial needs.
- Work with the Partnerships & VIP team on influencer and KOL strategies.
- Oversee editorial strategy and updates to the brand's website, aligning with communications strategy.
- Collaborate on digital innovation with the House’s innovation team.
- Partner with the Media team to align organic and paid activities.
- Lead the VIP dressings digital communications strategy in partnership with VIP, PR, and Creative teams.
- 8+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
- Proven track record in creating and executing successful digital and social media strategies.
- Experience in leading, developing, and mentoring a team.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strategic mindset with creative and visionary flair.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Passion for the fashion industry and knowledge of digital and luxury trends.
A minimum of 8 years in social media and digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
