Alexander McQueen Global Retail Operations Coordinator
Alexander McQueen, a prestigious British luxury fashion house, was established by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992. - Coordinate projects proactively, collaborating with cross-functional partners and retail teams to support the adoption of new processes and procedures.
- Support the implementation of SAP and the adoption of its new systems and processes in retail stores.
- Drive operational excellence and launch worldwide operations guidelines in collaboration with the Global Retail Operations Manager.
- Work collaboratively and communicate frequently with regional operations partners and cross-functional teams on processes, procedures, and deliverables.
- Assist in creating instructional guides and procedure documents for Retail Operations, ensuring they are updated to reflect changes made in HQ.
- Provide day-to-day guidance from HQ to regions on store back-office systems, POS systems, administration, and product processes, escalating to the Global Operations Manager as required.
- Produce reports to monitor Retail Operations KPIs and POS activities in line with company policies.
- Demonstrate the desired Alexander McQueen behaviours.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Collaborative and able to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
- Ability to efficiently prioritise workload and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Confidence and professionalism with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Problem-solving mindset with an eye for improving process efficiencies.
- Experience with retail and POS systems is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Competency in presentation and meeting facilitation.
Experience in retail operations, particularly with retail and POS systems, is advantageous.
