1. Coordinate projects with cross-functional partners and retail teams to support new processes and procedures.
2. Support the implementation of SAP and adoption of new systems in retail stores.
3. Drive operational excellence and launch worldwide operations guidelines with the Global Retail Operations Manager.
4. Collaborate and communicate with regional operations partners and cross-functional teams.
5. Create and update instructional guides and procedure documents for Retail Operations.
6. Provide guidance on store back-office systems, POS systems, and product processes.
7. Produce reports to monitor Retail Operations KPIs and POS activities.
