1. Support the tutor in assessing risk factors and implementing workplace safety and health measures in compliance with current legislation.
2. Collaborate in managing corporate waste disposal processes and preparing related documentation, including waste forms and load/unload registers.
3. Contribute to managing administrative and legal deadlines, such as internal audits and routine and extraordinary maintenance.
4. Assist in implementing mandatory training programs and informing employees.
5. Manage and verify the correct use of company Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
6. Aid in planning employee health surveillance in collaboration with the Competent Doctor.
7. Contribute to the proper management of the company car fleet through reporting and data entry into dedicated software.
8. Perform reporting activities.

1. Demonstrate the Key Behaviours required by Alexander McQueen.
2. Possess a diploma from a Technical Institute.
3. Have a good command of the English language.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
2. Desire to join a dynamic and international environment.
3. Organized with strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.

No specific experience required, but a background in technical studies is preferred.
