1. Prepare and manage financial reports, collaborating with Kering Finance Shared Services Center to ensure seamless month-end closing activities and prepare presentation decks for business reviews.
2. Standardize and enhance the financial performance review process.
3. Support the preparation of budget and forecast processes, monitoring and controlling actual spending.
4. Analyze and investigate financial and business data to identify significant variances and implement corrective actions.
5. Enhance compliance awareness within the business team and strengthen the compliance environment.
6. Coordinate with internal audit and control teams.
7. Assist in digitalization efforts and drive standardization to improve efficiencies.
8. Provide financial insights to drive value-based decision-making and optimize business outcomes.
9. Support regional growth projects with financial expertise.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial accounting experience in a retail environment.

1. Proficiency in SAP, HFM, MS Office, and other financial systems.
2. Strong business analytical skills.
3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
4. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
5. Dynamic individual with a passion for fashion.

A minimum of 5 years in financial accounting within a retail environment is required.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
