1. Lead the finance department in developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
2. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
3. Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring effective resource allocation.
4. Produce timely and accurate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
5. Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital to ensure sufficient liquidity.
6. Establish and maintain robust internal control systems for financial integrity and compliance.
7. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
8. Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
2. Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is highly desirable.
3. Proven track record of progressively responsible experience in financial management, including leadership roles.

1. Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
2. Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
3. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
5. Proficient in financial software and ERP systems, SAP preferred.

Previous experience in a listed or private group with solid experience in a leadership role.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
