Alexander McQueen Finance Director (Maternity Cover)

- Lead the finance department in developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Produce timely and accurate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital to ensure sufficient liquidity.
- Establish and maintain robust internal control systems for financial integrity and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
- Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CFA is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of progressively responsible experience in financial management, including leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems, SAP preferred.
Previous experience in a listed or private group with solid experience in a leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
