Alexander McQueen Executive Assistant to President & CEO

- Provide high-level administrative support to the President and CEO, ensuring efficiency and seamless operations.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones.
- Prepare and support internal and external meetings, including guest coordination and logistics.
- Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion.
- Organize comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Manage monthly expense reports and approve expense claims and travel requests.
- Oversee corporate card reporting and communication.
- Prepare business documentation, including presentations, meeting agendas, and travel itineraries.
- Ensure all materials are ready ahead of key business meetings.
- Complete weekly and monthly retail reporting for stores and client advisor performance.
- Collaborate with teams across PR, CRM, Merchandising, HR, and Finance to provide support.
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance of supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate monthly office events, team meetings, and functions.
- Manage office budget, expenses, and purchasing.
- Serve as the main point of contact for building management and office service providers.
- 5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 4 years supporting a President/CEO in a multinational company, preferably in the luxury industry.
- 3+ years of Office Management experience demonstrating organizational and operational capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web browsers.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across all organizational levels.
- High accountability, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, multitasking ability, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and proactive approach.
- Organizational and structured execution of tasks.
- Effective team collaboration and communication.
5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including a minimum of 4 years supporting executive leadership at the highest level.
$90,000 - $110,000/year
