1. Manage the development and procurement of embroideries for sample and production phases of Alexander McQueen apparel.
2. Collaborate closely with external suppliers and key internal departments including Product Development, Pattern Making, Order Entry, and Production Planning.
3. Gather information from the Design team regarding embroidery purchases and consult on supplier selection.
4. Act as the primary liaison with embroidery suppliers in Italy and abroad, collecting data on costs, materials, and production timelines.
5. Maintain the sample budget for embroideries.
6. Oversee all stages of purchase order management for samples and production, from system entry to cost information input and order issuance.
7. Work with Merchandising to monitor the production budget and directly negotiate production costs with suppliers.
8. Coordinate with other teams on planning, production purchases, and related reporting across all categories.

2. Significant experience in a similar role with a focus on embroidery.
3. Knowledge of garment construction is advantageous.
4. Excellent proficiency in English.
