1. Assist with the production of consolidated and individual entity management accounts during monthly closings and planning processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and Group policies.
2. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information through thorough analysis and reconciliation of accounts.
3. Conduct analytical review and variance analysis on various reports sent to the Group.
4. Build strong working relationships with divisional and local finance teams, Tax, Treasury, and Legal departments.
5. Post and maintain all journals at the Division level.
6. Support monthly inventory and margin analysis by reviewing and analyzing variances for accurate reporting.
7. Manage intercompany reporting and ensure reconciliation of intercompany balances within the Division.
8. Assist in both internal and external audits.
9. Assist with the review of the global lease network and IFRS16 application.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Partially or newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
3. Previous experience in Finance: Consolidation, Controlling, Internal & External Audit.

1. Demonstrated McQueen key behaviors: Empowerment, Teamwork, Respect, Kindness.
2. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and analytical skills.
3. Advanced Excel skills.
4. Experience with Hyperion HFM / SAP preferred.
5. Fashion Retail and Wholesale experience is a plus.

Previous experience in finance roles focusing on consolidation, controlling, and auditing is required.
