Alexander McQueen Commercial Performance Analyst

- Develop insights and identify opportunities for performance improvement using data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategies.
- Analyze trends and forecast performance, benchmarking, and tracking KPIs across Ecommerce, Retail, and Wholesale.
- Track trade performance weekly and monthly.
- Support internal stakeholders and regional teams with channel performance reviews.
- Assist the Commercial Performance Manager with ad hoc projects and analysis.
- Collaborate with merchandising, performance marketing, CRM, OPS, and marketplaces to provide comprehensive reports.
- Contribute to the evolution of business performance analysis.
- Prepare, manage, present, and update the Budget/Forecast process with the Finance team.
- Ensure data accuracy across E-commerce, Wholesale, and Retail Performance Tools.
- Manage data inputs and ensure the validity of automated data for commercial reporting.
- Drive new measurement frameworks with wider teams.
- Act as a change agent by digitalizing and optimizing reporting solutions.
- Inform new and relevant KPIs to measure business strategy.
- Bridge between BI and Business teams, prioritizing deliverables and understanding technical feasibility.
- Own the Business Analytics platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong research, data, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the luxury/retail industry, particularly in Digital, CRM, or Omnichannel.
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player.
Proven experience in a commercial or financial analytical role, preferably within the luxury or retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
