- Deliver an exceptional client experience by welcoming, listening to, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products and the brand's heritage.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and proposing solutions when necessary.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in alignment with brand standards.
- Ensure the store's functional maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Strive to exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Maintain and cultivate client relationships through personalized approaches supported by CRM and digital tools.
- Enhance client loyalty by participating in clienteling initiatives within the department or store.
- Continuously update knowledge on product information, sales techniques, client services, and company policies and procedures.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Comply with company procedures regarding operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activities, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities required by head office.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Customer-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of luxury products.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies is required.
