- Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients to exceed their needs, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of McQueen products, history, and heritage.
- Proactively identify and seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Cultivate and enhance client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools, to foster client loyalty.
- Engage clients with insights on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Strive to exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Promote open and constructive communication with team members, fostering a collaborative environment and proposing effective solutions when necessary.
- Maintain shopfloor standards and ensure appropriate product levels on the sales floor in accordance with House policies and procedures.
- Participate in clientelling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Demonstrated ability to embody McQueen Behaviours.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service-related fields.
- Track record of driving and exceeding individual and store KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional selling skills with the ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth luxury product knowledge with a keen interest in fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM.
- Capability to remain mobile for extended periods.
Experience in a similar role within fashion retail or a customer service-related field is required.
