- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, showcasing an in-depth understanding of products and brand heritage.
- Communicate fashion trends and developments in the luxury market to clients, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Execute visual merchandising according to AMQ visual standards.
- Ensure store facilities maintenance and product presentation on the sales floor comply with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to brand dress code requirements.
- Exceed personal sales targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to overall store success.
- Utilize all product categories available in the store for cross-selling.
- Maintain and develop client relationships supported by CRM and digital tools.
- Enhance customer loyalty by participating in department store or store client promotion programs.
- Continuously strive to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company policies and procedures.
- Comply with company procedures in operational guidelines and inventory management, executing all tasks related to finance, inventory, logistics, and company requirements under company policies and procedures.
- Experience in luxury or fashion industry sales.
- Sales results-oriented with excellent commercial awareness.
- Teamwork and customer service orientation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of luxury goods.
Previous experience in luxury or fashion industry sales is required.
