- Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, showcasing extensive knowledge of products and the brand's heritage.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Promote open and constructive communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products according to brand standards.
- Ensure the store's operational maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Strive to exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's success.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools.
- Enhance client loyalty by participating in clientelling initiatives.
- Stay informed on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies.
- Handle products with care and respect.
- Comply with company procedures regarding operations, stock management, cash activities, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Customer-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
