- Represent the company by effectively communicating the product and brand image to customers, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for all customers at all times.
- Participate in sales and in-store displays across all product categories.
- Maintain awareness of inventory levels to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Proactively utilize VIP data to promote the brand and products.
- Ensure pre-sale and post-sale service levels meet company standards to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby enhancing the brand image.
- Handle customer complaints appropriately and seek managerial assistance when necessary.
- Relay customer feedback to management promptly.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitive landscape through various channels.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in luxury brand retail.
- Strong sense of responsibility and proactive work attitude.
- Excellent sales initiative and customer service awareness.
- Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a senior sales position.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in leveraging customer data for sales and marketing.
- Ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism.
1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, with potential consideration for senior roles based on additional experience.
