- Continuously learn about product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.
- Comply with company procedures regarding operational guidelines and inventory processes, ensuring cash, merchandise, and logistics are actively executed in line with company policies and procedures.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the luxury brand sector, with a strong foundation in luxury goods knowledge.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness, teamwork spirit, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to overcome objections.
- Customer-centric service mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
