- Utilize all product categories available in the store, actively seizing all cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain and develop client relationships with the support of CRM and digital tools, enhancing customer loyalty.
- Continuously learn about product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.
- Comply with company operational guidelines and inventory procedures, ensuring cash, merchandise, and logistics are actively executed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in luxury brands, with a solid foundation of luxury-related knowledge.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Exceptional commercial awareness, team spirit, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to overcome objections.
