- Greet, listen to, and identify customer needs to provide an exceptional client experience.
- Offer insights into fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Engage in open and constructive communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions when necessary.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in accordance with Alexander McQueen's visual standards.
- Ensure store functionality and the cleanliness of the sales floor align with company policy requirements.
- Adhere to company grooming standards, following Alexander McQueen's policies and guidelines.
- Exceed individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance to contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Utilize all product categories available in the store, actively seizing all cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain and develop client relationships with the support of CRM and digital tools to enhance customer loyalty.
- Continuously learn about product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.
- Comply with company procedures regarding operational guidelines and inventory processes, ensuring cash, merchandise, and logistics are actively managed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in luxury brand environments with a solid foundation of luxury product knowledge.
- Ability to drive and exceed personal and store KPIs.
- Exceptional commercial awareness, team spirit, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to overcome objections.
- Customer-centric service mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
