- Greet, listen to, and discern customer needs to provide an exceptional client experience.
- Offer insights on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for the industry.
- Engage in open and constructive communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions when necessary.
- Contribute to the visual presentation of products in accordance with AMQ visual standards.
- Ensure store functionality and sales floor cleanliness meet company policy requirements.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and follow AMQ policies and procedures.
- Exceed individual sales targets and maximize personal sales performance to contribute to the store's success.
- Leverage all product categories available in the store, actively seizing cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain and develop client relationships with the support of CRM and digital tools to enhance customer loyalty.
- Continuously learn about product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.
- Comply with company procedures regarding operational guidelines and inventory processes, ensuring cash, merchandise, and logistics are managed in accordance with company policies.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the luxury brand sector.
- Possess luxury industry knowledge and experience.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Demonstrate excellent commercial awareness, teamwork spirit, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit strong sales techniques and the ability to overcome objections.
