Alexander McQueen Client Advisor - Russian Speaker

- Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and understanding of McQueen's heritage.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Exceed individual financial targets and contribute to store success.
