- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with McQueen's visual standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and product availability on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
- Adhere to McQueen's grooming standards and policies.
- Exceed individual financial targets and enhance sales performance, contributing to store success.
- Seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Handle products with care and respect.
- Comply with operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activities, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities as per company policies.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Customer-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Luxury product knowledge.
Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry is required.
