Alexander McQueen Client Advisor
McQueen, a prestigious British luxury fashion house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992, is renowned for its distinctive expression of individuality and subversive strength. - Demonstrate McQueen's desired behaviors and brand values.
- Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, showcasing extensive product knowledge and McQueen's heritage.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Foster open communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions.
- Contribute to visual merchandising in line with McQueen's standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
- Adhere to McQueen's grooming standards and policies.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to store success.
- Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches and CRM tools.
- Strengthen client loyalty by participating in clientelling initiatives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies.
- Operate with care and respect for products.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Customer-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Luxury product knowledge.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies is required.
