- Demonstrate McQueen's desired behaviors and brand values.
- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, showcasing excellent product knowledge and McQueen's heritage.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Foster open communication with team members and propose effective solutions.
- Contribute to product visual displays in line with McQueen standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor.
- Adhere to McQueen grooming standards and policies.
- Exceed individual financial targets and enhance sales performance.
- Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Participate in clientelling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Operate with care and respect for products.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Customer-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
- Luxury product knowledge.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies is required.
