1. Demonstrate McQueen's desired behaviors and brand values.
2. Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, showcasing excellent product knowledge and brand heritage.
3. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
4. Foster open and constructive communication with team members, proposing effective solutions.
5. Contribute to product visual displays in line with McQueen standards.
6. Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor.
7. Adhere to McQueen grooming standards and policies.
8. Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance.
9. Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
10. Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
11. Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
12. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
13. Operate with care and respect for products, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and stock procedures.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.
3. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
