3. Engage clients in discussions about fashion trends and luxury market developments.

6. Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.
3. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
