- Demonstrate McQueen's desired behaviors and act as a passionate brand ambassador.
- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, showcasing extensive product knowledge and understanding of McQueen's history and heritage.
- Engage clients in discussions about fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Foster open communication with team members, proposing effective solutions collaboratively.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with McQueen's visual standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
- Exceed individual financial targets and enhance sales performance to contribute to store success.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools, strengthening client loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Operate with care and respect for products, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Strong team-player mentality.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Customer-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth luxury product knowledge.
Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry is required.
