1. Demonstrate McQueen's brand behaviors and values.
2. Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, showcasing extensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
3. Engage clients in discussions about fashion trends and luxury market developments.
4. Foster open communication with team members, proposing solutions collaboratively.
5. Contribute to product visual displays in line with McQueen's standards.
6. Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor.
7. Adhere to McQueen's grooming standards and policies.
8. Exceed individual financial targets and enhance sales performance.
9. Seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
10. Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
11. Participate in clientelling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
12. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
13. Handle products with care and respect.
14. Comply with company procedures on operations, stock, cash activity, and reporting.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
2. Fluency in Italian, English, and either Chinese or Arabic.
