- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with McQueen's visual standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
- Follow McQueen's grooming standards and policies.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to store success.
- Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools.
- Strengthen client loyalty through participation in clienteling initiatives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies.
- Operate with utmost care and respect for the product.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
