- Discuss general fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Foster open communication with team members and propose effective solutions collaboratively.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising of products according to brand standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to store success.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools.
- Enhance client loyalty by participating in clienteling initiatives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies.
- Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
- Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activities, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Strong team-player mentality.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Customer-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of luxury products.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies is required.
