1. Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
2. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury.
3. Foster open communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and proposing solutions.
4. Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in accordance with brand standards.
5. Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
6. Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
7. Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to store success.
8. Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
9. Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches and CRM tools.
10. Strengthen client loyalty through participation in clienteling initiatives.
11. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies.
12. Operate with care and respect for the product.
13. Comply with company procedures on operations, stock, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.

2. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
