- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of the brand's history and heritage.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through a personalized approach, utilizing CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, promoting a positive working environment in line with the brand's behavioral code.
- Maintain a continual learning mindset by actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
- Ensure shop floor standards and appropriate product levels are maintained, following company policies and procedures.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operations, stock management, cash activities, and reporting.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM.
- Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods and to lift packages weighing up to 10 lbs.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related fields.
$25-30/hour
