Alexander McQueen Client Advisor
Alexander McQueen, a renowned British luxury fashion house, was established by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992. As part of the Kering Group since 2001, the brand is celebrated for its unique expression of individuality and raw power. With its design studio and atelier based in London, Alexander McQueen is synonymous with uncompromising quality and creative vision, now under the creative leadership of Seán McGirr since December 2023.
- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
- Proactively identify and seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools, to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to store success.
- Foster open communication with team members, promoting a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Maintain shop floor standards and product levels in line with company policies.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, stock procedures, and reporting activities.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends.
- Proficiency with digital retail tools and CRM.
- Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods and lift packages up to 10 lbs.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related fields is required.
$25-30/hour
