1. Demonstrate McQueen's brand values and behaviors.
2. Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, showcasing extensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
3. Engage clients with insights on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
4. Foster open communication and collaboration with team members, proposing solutions when necessary.
5. Contribute to product visual displays in line with McQueen standards.
6. Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor.
7. Adhere to McQueen grooming standards and policies.
8. Exceed individual financial targets and enhance sales performance.
9. Seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
10. Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
11. Participate in clientelling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
12. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
13. Operate with care and respect for products.
14. Comply with operational guidelines, stock procedures, and reporting activities.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.
