6. Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor.

10. Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
11. Participate in clientelling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.

14. Comply with operational guidelines, stock procedures, and reporting activities.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.
