1. Demonstrate McQueen's desired behaviors and act as a passionate brand ambassador.

3. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, exhibiting a passion for fashion and luxury products.

5. Contribute to the visual display of products in line with McQueen's visual standards.
6. Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
7. Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's success.
8. Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
9. Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, supported by CRM and digital tools.
10. Strengthen client loyalty by participating in clientelling initiatives.
11. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies.
12. Operate with care and respect for the product.
13. Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.
3. Ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
