- Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Exceed individual financial targets and enhance sales performance.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across product categories.
- Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
- Participate in clientelling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Operate with care and respect for products.
- Comply with company procedures on operations, stock, cash activity, inventory, and reporting.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Excellent commercial awareness.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Customer-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of luxury products.
Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion retail sector is required.
