1. Demonstrate McQueen's desired behaviors and brand values.

3. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, exhibiting passion for the industry.

5. Contribute to visual merchandising in line with McQueen's standards.
6. Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor.
7. Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
8. Exceed individual financial targets and enhance sales performance.
9. Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across product categories.
10. Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
11. Participate in clientelling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
12. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
13. Operate with care and respect for products.
14. Comply with company procedures on operations, stock, cash activity, inventory, and reporting.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.
3. Demonstrated ability to exceed individual and store KPIs.
