- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools, to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's success.
- Foster open communication and collaboration with team members, promoting a positive working environment in line with the House Code of Behaviours.
- Embrace a continual learning mindset by actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
- Maintain shopfloor standards and appropriate product levels, utilizing company-provided training resources.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.

- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.

- Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods and lift packages weighing 10 lbs.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related fields.
