- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, supported by CRM and digital tools, to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Foster open communication with team members, promoting a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Maintain a continual learning mindset by actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
- Ensure shopfloor standards and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, in line with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in department or store clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operations, and stock management, ensuring proactive execution of company policies.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Luxury product knowledge with a keen interest in fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to be mobile for extended periods.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing up to 10 lbs regularly.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related fields is required.
