- Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and an understanding of McQueen's history and heritage.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools, to enhance client loyalty.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives within the department or store to strengthen client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Promote open communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive working environment in line with the House Code of Behaviours.
- Pursue continuous learning by seeking and embracing feedback from colleagues and management.
- Maintain shop floor standards and ensure appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to House policies and procedures.
- Comply with company grooming standards and visual merchandising guidelines, as well as operational and stock procedures.
- Execute cash activities, inventory management, logistics, and reporting tasks as required by head office.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM systems.
- Physical ability to remain mobile for extended periods.
Experience in fashion retail or a customer service-related field is required.
