1. Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and understanding of McQueen's history and heritage.
2. Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools, to enhance client loyalty.
4. Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty within the department or store.
5. Engage with clients regarding fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
6. Strive to exceed individual financial targets and enhance personal sales performance, contributing to the overall success of the store.
7. Foster open communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions as needed.
8. Maintain shop floor standards and ensure appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to House policies and procedures.
9. Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, and stock procedures.
10. Adhere to McQueen's grooming standards and policies.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
5. In-depth knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends.

Previous experience in fashion retail or a customer service-related field is required.
