- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and understanding of McQueen's history and heritage.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools, to enhance client loyalty.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty within the department or store.
- Engage with clients regarding fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Strive to exceed individual financial targets and enhance personal sales performance, contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Foster open communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions as needed.
- Maintain shop floor standards and ensure appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to House policies and procedures.
- Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, and stock procedures.
- Adhere to McQueen's grooming standards and policies.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent selling skills with the ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM systems.
Previous experience in fashion retail or a customer service-related field is required.
