- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools, to enhance client loyalty.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, displaying a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance to contribute to store success.
- Foster open communication with team members, promoting a positive working environment in line with company values.
- Maintain a continual learning mindset by seeking and embracing feedback.
- Ensure shopfloor standards and appropriate product levels are maintained, following company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operations, stock management, and reporting activities.

- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Experience in men's ready-to-wear and tailoring skills.
