1. Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and understanding of Alexander McQueen's history and heritage.
2. Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
3. Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, supported by CRM and digital tools, to strengthen client loyalty.
4. Engage with clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
5. Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
6. Foster open communication with team members, promoting a collaborative and positive working environment.
7. Maintain shop floor standards and ensure appropriate product levels, adhering to company policies and procedures.
8. Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
9. Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, stock procedures, and reporting activities.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
2. Ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
3. Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends.
6. Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM.
7. Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods and lift packages up to 10 lbs.

Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service-related fields.

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
