Alexander McQueen, a prestigious British luxury fashion house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992, is renowned for its unique expression of individuality, subversive strength, and raw power. - Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and the brand's heritage.
- Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, supported by CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on general fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Foster open communication with team members, proposing effective solutions and promoting a positive working environment aligned with the House Code of Behaviours.
- Maintain a continual learning mindset by actively seeking and embracing feedback from colleagues and management.
- Ensure shopfloor standards and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Strengthen client loyalty by participating in clienteling initiatives within the department or store.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operations, stock procedures, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or a customer service-related field.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Luxury product knowledge with a keen interest in fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM.
- Ability to be mobile for extended periods.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing up to 10 lbs regularly.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service-related fields is required.
Salary Range: $25.00 - $27.00/hour
