- Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and the brand's history.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, promoting a positive working environment in line with the House Code of Behaviors.
- Maintain shop floor standards and ensure appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Comply with company grooming standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
- Support managers in team development through mentoring and buddying activities.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company policies and provide support to other Client Advisors as needed.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service-related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and knowledge of industry trends.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Luxury product knowledge and interest in fashion trends, luxury market, and social media.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM.
- Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods and lift packages weighing 10 lbs.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related fields.
