- Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of McQueen's heritage.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market.
- Exceed individual financial targets and contribute to store success.

- Maintain shopfloor standards and product levels in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to company grooming and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, stock procedures, and reporting activities.
- Proven experience in fashion retail or customer service roles.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
