- Seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools, to enhance client loyalty.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and enhance sales performance, contributing to the store's success.
- Foster open communication with team members, promoting a positive work environment in line with company values.
- Maintain shopfloor standards and product levels according to company policies.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Comply with operational guidelines, stock procedures, and reporting activities.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in selling and overcoming objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM.
- Mobility to stand for extended periods.
Previous experience in fashion retail or a customer service-related field is required.
